Hi, I'm Dung Ly

I am a web designer with a background in Strategic Product Design. For the past seven years I have been designing web applications for learning and behavioural change. I've helped clients deliver better learning experiences in retail, finance, the government and the recruitment sector.

Due to my few years' experience as a frontend developer I have learned to 'speak dev' and I think beyond the boundaries of my job description. Among the many UX titles I identify most closely with the UX architect: I feel responsible for the structure and flow of products at the intersection of UX and information architecture, and am able to examine features at a granular level while also maintaining a high-level perspective of the overall product.
